ProofPad Crypto Launchpad MVP Development

I am looking for an experienced Web3 developer or a small development team to build an MVP for ProofPad, a reputation-based crypto launchpad. Unlike traditional launchpads that reward users solely based on capital, ProofPad will reward users based on community contributions, on-chain activity, and engagement. The goal is to create a fairer system where users earn token allocations through meaningful participation rather than simply staking money.
The MVP should allow users to earn reputation points through wallet activity, completing predefined quests or tasks, and optional external verification such as GitHub or social account linking. Projects listed on the platform will have dedicated launch pages displaying token sale details, allocation tiers based on reputation, and whitelist management. Users will be assigned to allocation tiers according to their reputation scores, with higher-tier users receiving larger or guaranteed allocations. A lightweight quest system will encourage users to complete tasks such as testnet participation, feedback submission, or community engagement. Basic anti-Sybil measures, including wallet verification and duplicate detection, should be included to prevent abuse.
From a technical perspective, the MVP should include a frontend built in React or Next.js with wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect), a backend using Node.js or Supabase to handle user scores, quests, and project data, and Solidity smart contracts to manage allocation logic and whitelist verification. An admin panel should allow project listings, configuration of token sale details, management of allocation tiers, and monitoring of user activity. A clean and intuitive UI/UX is important for both users and admins.
