New Blockchain Backend Development
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m building a ground-up blockchain platform and need the entire server-side foundation engineered—from core architecture through to production deployment. At this stage the tech stack, chain selection, and consensus model are still open; your recommendations based on scalability, security, and ecosystem maturity will shape the final direction.
Scope of work
• Design a modular, future-proof backend that can talk seamlessly to on-chain components and external services.
• Implement well-documented APIs (REST or GraphQL) for web and mobile clients.
• Integrate authentication, wallet management, smart-contract calls, and persistent off-chain storage.
• Enforce best-practice security audits, unit/integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines so we can ship confidently.
• Deliver clear setup guides and hand-over documentation so my in-house devs can pick up where you leave off.
Acceptance criteria
1. Running testnet environment with sample contracts and fully functioning API endpoints.
2. 90%+ automated test coverage with passing CI.
3. Deployment scripts or Docker images that spin up the entire stack in one command.
4. Step-by-step documentation covering architecture decisions and developer onboarding.
If this concise outline matches your expertise in Web3, Solidity/Rust/Go, Node.js/Python, and cloud services like AWS or GCP, I’m ready to dive into specifics and map out milestones together.
