Need fully functional crypto token, website with auctions and sales of NFT and VR3d

I've applied for a grant from NEAR. I've been interviewed and vetted. Now all I need is a team with experience in my needs along with strong graphic design.
Will need a professional and thorough invoice with milestones for payment that I can send in to NEAR for approval.

Graphic Design is Everything - please send GD examples that show characters emoting strong emotions. Kings, queens, dragons, castles.

Must study and migrate to the NEAR ecosystem.

Website must be posted online

Auction and sales softwares must be integrated with the website and server and be functional on delivery.

Everything must be functional, seamless and operational on delivery including purchasing a token with smart contract and participating in auction and sales of goods.

Smart contracts, audit and everything needed to be functional when delivered and of course built on the NEAR network.

Budget 6~7k. If lower more NFTs and VR rooms will be ordered.
