Need developer for simple NFT project.

I want to create an NFT auction that someone will buy one NFT that will unlock the screenplay documents. Whoever buys the NFT needs to trust they will receive the documents. Need your expertise to know if a website will be needed to verify the owner or if there is an easier way for them to receive the files.
