High level choice of frameworks can be done in my view React for front end.
Backend Firestore / GCP for primary DB and user authentication.
For me getting a working token system is priority and one with low/zero gas fees. I don't want users to have to deal with metamask etc unless really necessary.

*What type of NFT ?
*Do we mint the NFT only ?
*Can you tell me thw cope of project and use of NFT so that I can understand more ?

By type of nft do you mean the chain type like eth vs polygon.
I would like gasless minting. So if it’s done via Venly that’s an option. Or other providers that can make it very cheap to mint.
If there is a way to write a custom smart contract ourselves then open to that also
