We are searching for a developer who can create a web platform like this:

It should have a backend that allows us to adapt the respective design for different clients.
It should be an NFT webshop that offers different bidder models for sale,
similar to OpenSea trading platforms:
- temporary / time limited auctions
- auctions without time limit
- sales at fixed prices
etc.
From us would come the page structure, the texts, specifications and a rough graphic design.
Everything else (especially the programming) would have to be developed and implemented by you.
Can you give a rough estimate based on this information:
1) Can you implement a project like this in principle?
2) How long would it take?
3) What would be the total cost?
I am fully aware that you are still lacking some detailed information to be able to give concrete costs,
I would just like to have an approximate point of reference for my calculation.
