Role & Responsibilities:
Support in defining product roadmap and timeline.
Management of exceptional code quality.
Ensure our architecture and stack are optimized to keep pace with the demands of hyper-growth.
Position our products for continued high-availability and reliability across regions.
Working with product/design to clarify engineering possibilities, size of the effort, and feasibility.
Specify technical clarifications that fall outside of higher-level R&D or other team member technical specialties.
Collaborate with CTO on the architectural roadmap, technology choices, and software engineering best practices.
Manage DevOps & infrastructure.
Lead the team with active hands-on application development and code review.
Actively manage software development and documentation required to onboard engineers into the project.
Manage third-party services used in our applications.
From a technical standpoint create, manage & meet within reason, development, and deployment timelines/milestones.
Plan software releases in collaboration with product & business priorities.
From a technical standpoint, lead and manage successful product releases, tags, and versions.
Experience Requisites:
2+ years of experience writing, testing, deploying and verifying Solidity applications.
4+ years of programming experience.
Being able to work in a team environment, take part in audit sessions (and create remediation documents) and follow Agile-like processes.
Being passionate about crypto & web3 space (new developments tools releases and latest features of the solidity language).
Being able to work in a fast paced environment.
