NFT Minting

We are interested in building an app with admin panel and customer facing front end that would allow us to create mint on demand NFT collections, sell them, resell them, etc. We want this to be built in Ravencoin, a fork of Bitcoin, so familiarity with that and/or RPC command interfacing is needed. Please use www.ravenmint.com as an example of most of the utility we need.
