NFT Marketplace -- 2

We are looking to hire a smart contract developer who has experience with nft marketplace.

Requirements:
NFT Marketplace should be able to work in the following fashion:

1.) Allow users to connect their BSC wallet addresses and validate whether they’ve earned an NFT or not

2.) Connect their BSC wallet addresses and buy our NFT

3.) Allow integration into the game so that NFTs that are claimed/purchased by users can reflect as characters in the game with their special attributes

4.) Allow users to, within the game, loan their NFTs to other users for a fee (and 50% of the fee goes back to us while 50% goes to the lender)

5.) Allow users to submit NFT ideas/designs for us to review for consideration

6.) Allow ONLY approved wallet addresses to be able to upload NFTs to the portal

7.) Allow users to bid on NFTs on the marketplace for purchase

8.) Allow us to be able to set the minimum sell price of an NFT

9.) Allow us to have a backend (easy to use) to add wallet addresses that can qualify for different NFTs

10.) Create a ERC721 smart contract supporting lazy minting ( mint when buyer buys ) using ipfs, give option to sell nft and include a feature to rent nft for specific time duration with the same contract.
