NFT MARKETPLACE. CUSTOMISATION OF MY EXISTING NFT FRONTEND SCRIPT AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE NFT ON MY ECOMMERCE PLATTFORM (Website and Mobile Apps... Android & iOS)

Looking for NFT and Blockchain expert for my NFT MARKETPLACE to customise my EXISTING NFT FRONTEND SCRIPT and install the NFT on my ECOMMERCE PLATFORM (Website and Mobile Apps... Android & iOS)
Script is developed in React.js. So basically it’s next.js app. Each file is separate with html and tail wind css. You will be responsible for frontend and backend integrations.
List of tasks:
1. Server setup, Installation & Configuration of blockchain and deployment on EXCOINCIAL BLOCKCHAIN
2. Reskin of frontend and add light and dark mode to theme
2. Add resell functionality
and add feature for setting up sales and profit/comission fees.
4. Integrate my custom AFCASH token in market so user will buy and sell with my AFCASH token
5. Add royalties fees for each sale.
6. Add single page preview and purchase
7. Implement the possibility for users to create collections like in Opensea
8. Integrate the possibility for users to actively chat with each using their metamask wallet address as usernames/UserID. See reference: https://whatsapp-ten-vert.vercel.app/login
9. Add "Contact button" for connecting to metamask
10. Add admin section to enable blocking of any item that has bad data or that appears like a phishing scam.
11. Integrate payment to make it it possible to buy with credit/debit cards.
12. Integrate lazy minting /free gas minting.
