Multisignature blockchain wallet -- 2

I'm trying to build a digital escrow service for crypto currencies that uses 3 signatures. Any two will be able to release the funds, usually the buyer and seller. Whenever they do not agree, then the 3rd signatory will arbitrate. It's a blockchain project so smart contract expertise is needed.
