Monad Uniswap Swap & Price Python Codes

I need a compact script or small utility that talks to Uniswap on the Monad network and does two things in the same code-base:
• Fetch the latest pool price for any token pair I pass in
• Submit a swap transaction when I pass in the pair, amount, slippage and wallet details
