Mobile App - Blockchain - NFT

This is a multi-phase project. The initial phase and the scope of this project is the design and architecture of the app. We need an expert who has experience with mobile app development, public cloud, blockchain and nfts. We need this expert to turn our idea into a technical document. E.g. Architecture, integrations, different components required, etc. The next phase which is not in scope for this project would be a development of this app.
