Metaverse Platform with NFT Marketplace

We are going to develop an NFT land-marketplace platform and we are looking for experienced professional developers.
Here is the details:
The platform will be underpinned by a grid of hexagons covering Istanbul's surface. The hexagons will be called Lands, have specific geographic positions, and have a standard dimension of 150 Square meters. We can create the map by using Mapbox, we can also work with another person who is professional on Mapbox. The land tokens will be a non-fungible token (BEP-721) which will represent the ownership of Virtual Lands. Minting will occur when users complete the purchase of the land. (No Pre-mine Lands)
The platform’s token will be a fungible token (ERC-20) that will be the only mean of exchange of value inside the platform. The platform’s token will be used to interact with the platform in the following ways: (Buy-Sell Land, Stake for nodes, and liquidity mining).
The marketplace will be managed by smart contracts. All transactions will be handled in our tokens while smart-contract ensures the assets exchange. Lands should be freely tradable among users in the marketplace

-Wallet integration. (There will be 2 sign-in options with or without a wallet.)
- 2FA and e-mail verification infrastructure and reference system for the users who log in off-chain.
The basic user journey is as follows:
Users will select the desired land on the map and if Land has already been purchased and has been put on sale on the marketplace, it will be possible to buy it at the proposed value. Otherwise, there will be an auction for 24 hours if no one has bought the land before.
Users are also will be able to list their lands on the marketplace for sale.
There will staking pools. Users who provide liquidity will earn interest.
