Looking for a senior blockchain developer with expertise in custom version of the Perp collateral-liquidator.

Hi.
I am looking to make a custom version of the Perp collateral-liquidator with some changes from https://github.com/perpetual-protocol/perp-collateral-liquidator
The first task is to implement the functionality of the list subcommand.
After done, will continue to go with you on other tasks.

- Outputs and Deliverables
1. Code to be package on a hardhat project so it can run against a set of set of testcases using a local network forked from mainnet
2. Test cases probing for the liquidation trigger conditions and liquidations. Some test already available that could be updated: https://github.com/perpetual-protocol/perp-collateral-liquidator/tree/main/test


- Deployment
1. Initial deployment to run on local hardhat network forked from optimism mainet
2. Deploy to live testnet (Kovan)
3. Detailed document that would allow deployment in mainet on AWS
