Looking for experienced blockchain developer

I’m looking for an experienced developer who is experienced with https://app.balancer.fi/ to build a program to automatically purchase a coin at a specific price. I want a website where I connect MetaMask and specify a price I want to invest, the coin being offered and the time I want to purchase at and then the program will need to automatically transfer as soon as it hits that time.

The program will run on an aws server I’m assuming and the job will run as soon as it hits that time
