I’m building a crypto + AI-based startup and I'm looking for one or more full-stack developers who can handle everything — front-end, back-end, AI integration, and preferably with experience in crypto technologies.
This is not a paid job upfront — this is a startup partnership. I'm not looking to hire an employee. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something big with me.
Two Options for You (Read Carefully):
1. Equity Partnership:
You become a core part of the team.
Once the project is built and we launch, you will receive a share of the company (equity).
As the company becomes profitable, you will also begin to receive a salary alongside your equity.
2. Delayed Payout (No Equity):
If you don’t want a share in the company, that’s okay.
You help us build the platform now.
Once the business becomes profitable and we start making money, you’ll be fully paid the amount due for your work (e.g., Rs. 50,000 / 100,000 — whatever was agreed upon, paid in full).
Important Notes:
I’m based in Sri Lanka and I only want to work with developers within Sri Lanka. If you're not in the country, please don’t apply.
I’m also working hands-on in the project — you won’t be building it alone.
This is a long-term, trust-based opportunity to build something real and impactful.
Crypto experience (wallets, blockchain, tokens, etc.) and AI knowledge is a major plus.
