Lead Solidity Engineer

We are looking to hire a Lead Solidity Engineer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a strong team player. The perfect candidate takes pride in their work and knows what it means to deliver high-quality products. This position will oversee both internal and external smart contract developers.

Responsibilities:

Lead development of all of the company’s smart contracts
Manage and grow a team of smart contract developers
Develop, test, and deploy new smart contracts using Solidity
Work with product and design for continued enhancements
Keep smart contracts in-sync with developed protocol(s)
Monitor the ongoing health of our smart contracts and ensure their security
Build and maintain core smart contract technologies
Support metrics reporting and business insight

Requirements:

1+ years of experience writing, testing, and/or auditing production grade Solidity contracts. You have deployed contracts to Mainnet
3-5+ years programming experience
Understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine, gas optimization tradeoffs and security best practices
Being able to work in a team environment and follow Agile processes.
Written and spoken communication skills in English.
Experience with lending protocols, DEXs, MEV, and more (the more the merrier)
Ethereum blockchain test tools (e.g.Truffle, Embark, Hard Hat, etc.)
Solidity and knowledge of ABI (eg. variable mapping to storage slots)
Verifiable references to ensure legitimacy of applicant is a must
Experience with building a DeFi protocol in production
Great understanding of finance, especially the credit industry
Great understanding of DeFi protocols
