Launchpad for ICO

We are looking for a programmer that has experience in developing launchpad for ICO as we are going to host an ICO. Easy-to-use system to create the optimal structure for our token launch campaign.
The features should be as follow:
- CREATION should be easy via launchpad’s interface that can set up a campaign .
- Affiliate Program customisation can be set up during campaign creation, amplifying the project’s sales and marketing strategy. Token issuers should be able to concentrate on strategic tasks.
- Automated whitelisting provides investors with a hassle-free queuing solution, eliminating the uncertainty of legacy systems.
- Automated token locking through a simple click-and-go solution allows token projects to lock up team tokens in a publicly viewable smart contract.
- Automated token vesting works via Lemonade acting as a non-custodial third party token bank, accepting receipt of purchased tokens and automatically locking them according to their release schedule as stipulated in the investment agreement.
