~ INTRO and PREQUALIFICATIONS ~

We welcome professionals with solid knowledge and experience in working with IEO/ICO launch campaigns. Position open ONLY for professionals with real, verifiable proof-of work and recommendation from past employers.

The freelancers selected are required to:
~ provide proof of identity,
~ sign an NDA and Services Agreement
~ participate in daily Zoom calls.


~ SCOPE and OFFER ~

XyDEX is a DeFi exchange focused on providing liquidity and proprietary tools to the decentralized cryptocurrency niche.

We are looking to engage talented developers, with a solid knowledge base and experience in developing and managing a pre- & post- IEO/ICO launch campaign.

~ REQUIREMENTS ~

Developers' duties are:
- Create the strategy for the ICO campaign backend;
- Develop the infrastructure necessary, in coordination with colleagues from the Marketing department;
- Manage the IEO/ICO launch;
- Manage the post- IEO/ICO stage;
- Be an integral and permanent part of the Dev team.

~ OFFER ~

We offer a combination of salary plus stakehold.

~ Salary (per hour, full time 5 days / week)
