IDO Platform on BSC network

We want to build a new IDO platform which includes;
*Staking feature, rewarded with OUR token with %x APR
*Investors stake OUR token and they have whitelisted for the IDO (able to participate IDO sale) if they staked the required amount of OUR token
* Different allocations according to their stake amount of OUR token

We need a full stack developer with the contract creation also. The platform will be on BSC network
