Hyperledger Blockchain Network Setup

I need an experienced developer to set up a Hyperledger blockchain network using Docker for a proof of concept (POC). This network will facilitate government-related transactions.

Key functionalities include:
- Document verification: Sale deed agreements, identification documents, and support documents.
- User registration: For sellers and buyers.
- Transaction approval: Admin approval only.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hyperledger and Docker.
- Experience in setting up blockchain networks.
- Knowledge of document verification processes.

Ideal Skills:
