Home Budget Basics -- 2

I require a simple scaled down version of a spreadsheet that can add, subtract, multiply and divide, with the ability to tag and place various financial items in columns, for the creation of home budgets. The program must be able to create simple pie charts of the data. A price range for this project would be appreciated? Program to be written in Solidity. The program must be complete such that it can be uploaded to an Ethereum compatible blockchain and used as a dAap/Smartcontract for customers that would develop their own budgets. I require some idea of the cost involved as this is new to me as it pertains to the technology, so I was unable to estimate the cost on your menu.
