Help Fix pending transaction issue on Ethereum EVM compatible blockchain

I have an Ethereum EVM compatible type of Blockchain programmed with Proof of Authority (PoA) algorithm and which works very fine but since yesterday my chain suddenly stopped confirming transactions. I would like a blockchain expert to check it for me and fix the issue.
