HARD FORK BLOCKCHAIN REQUIREMENTS AND OVERVIEW:

If you are a project manager please forward this to your developer, do not make a bid or anything until you are clear on the skills and the project.

For this project I have an NDA version, after working together with a successful project we can sign an NDA for the more intrusive version.

Be Aware that you need to show some sort of testing method. This will likely need a website or an API attached to the chain. But I should be able to also have some code documentation for how to generate wallet addresses (or a website for that to test this).

We are hard forking for now, it is possible later on we would come back and rewrite this from scratch.

The possible blockchains are going to be Polygon or Cosmos. Feel free to suggest any in your project proposal.

We will probably be using SHA256 OR SHA512 for the wallet hashing cryptography; this is to be decided because of the different implications for either of them.

I will discuss the consensus algorithm between us because I would like to specify this in detail with all developers and each particular freelancer I discuss it with. We will also include how fees work as well.

We need multi-signing to be implemented to the blockchain wallets to "sign" the transaction.

Wallets will be able to send no money or currency to “sign” a transaction to others. This will still show up on the blockchain.
The blockchain should be able to handle the main crypto, tokens, sub tokens, and NFTs, it also must be able to have smart contracts. We will discuss specifically another main subcontract that would feature the blockchain features as well. This would come later and be the first thing we NDA on.

The wallets should be able to sign a transaction with visible text or data in the metadata.

Please have your developer or confirm your developer has knowledge for blockchain, can fork, C++, etc. We must discuss specific parts of the chain itself and make clear documentation to make sure that everything is clear between us. If something is not clear please ask questions. Your developer will need to be asked technical questions about how they will code this project. You must have code neatness, cite anything embedded in credits, this includes the chain we are forking. I take code security and plagiarism very seriously. Violation of this may cause that the whole project would not be valid and a total order cancelation. We may work on milestones to allow more communication between us and to hold the freelancer to their deadlines. We will also need to discuss how the chain would be different to the previous fork other than hard forking it
