We’re building Betfin (https://betfin.io) — a next-generation decentralized gaming platform where players compete in blockchain-powered games, and stakers support the ecosystem while earning rewards.
Our mission is to redefine GameFi through community-driven competition, decentralized governance, and transparent growth.

We are now entering a major development phase and looking for skilled Blockchain Developers to help us scale the platform and deliver our flagship gaming experience — a Crypto Poker Game integrated directly into the Betfin ecosystem.

2. What We’re Building

- A decentralized gaming hub that merges blockchain rewards, staking, and gameplay.
- Core priority: launching a crypto poker game as the main attraction.
- Long-term roadmap includes multi-game expansion and cross-chain integration.

3. What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring 6–8 senior-level engineers/managers over the next few months to lead development, architecture, and scaling.

Key Roles:
- Blockchain / Smart Contract Developer
- Full-Stack Engineer (Web3 + React/Next.js)
- Backend Engineer (Node.js / Golang)
- Technical Project Lead or Manager

Tech Stack:
- Smart Contracts: Solidity
- Blockchain: Ethereum-compatible chains
- Frontend: React / Next.js
- Backend: Node.js (Express) / Golang
- Blockchain Integration: Web3.js / Ethers.js

4. Responsibilities

- Design and deploy secure, efficient smart contracts
- Integrate blockchain components with the existing web application
- Build scalable backend systems supporting gaming logic and transactions
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience
- Participate in architecture planning, audits, and performance optimization

5. Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in blockchain development (Solidity, Ethereum, or similar EVM networks)
- Strong understanding of DeFi/GameFi ecosystems
- Skilled in React, Node.js, and Web3 integration
- Passionate about gaming, decentralization, and innovation
- Available part-time or full-time (remote)

- $3M total project budget allocated for multi-phase development
- Flexible engagement: part-time or full-time
