A Gambling-based Token Minting site on BNB chain

Project details:
1. Token minting: Users will pay BNB to mint the token
2. Gambling-based: Mint successfully is not guaranteed! For every block, there will be only 10 winners, and for all other users who participated the mint event, they will get 80% refunds on the BNB they paid. And these 10 winners will sucessfully mint the token.
