Full-Stack Blockchain Smart Contract NFT Developer

We are looking to hire a Blockchain Developer to deliver a range of projects in the blockchain space. This role requires both Web 3.0 and full-stack experience, as you will be responsible for developing great-looking front-ends and user experiences, as well as solid back-ends when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing NFTs collections and marketplaces, ICOs and token launches, forking blockchains, Defi development including building crypto trading bots, Dapps, and NFT game support.
Obviously, this is not an exhaustive list, and currently, few developers have the experience covering all of these project types, but, in general, the more well-rounded you are, the better.
That said, NFT launches are a core offering of our current business model, so you will be expected to have proven experience supporting the entire life-cycle of an NFT launch - recommending the platform/blockchain, providing a project roadmap, writing secure gas-efficient smart contracts, developing tokens, conducting testing to ensure security, generating art variations, incorporating metadata to platform standards, integrating wallets, building payment onramp widgets, setting up whitelists and pre-sales, launching the project to the blockchain, etc.
You must be prepared to make informed recommendations, such as which platforms to fork as a foundation to create our own. You must see projects through, from technical strategy to the entire software development lifecycle (architecture, design, development, implementation, and deployment).
