Fetch data from Crypto token and After submit transaction

I need to fetch data from a token from Stellar Blockchain and when the data was fetched, it needs to be filtered and after with the filtered data, it needs to submit a transaction.
I need this to be all automated with my configuration and just start it and runs for 24/7 without stop.
