BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER (ZK & CROSS-CHAIN)

We are looking for a passionate Blockchain Developer to take ownership of smart contract development, ZK proof integration, and our cross-chain payment pipeline. You will work directly with our Lead/Project Manager and a team of engineers to build the protocol's core infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for our ConfidentialPayroll protocol across Ethereum, Solana, and other VMs

Integrate zero-knowledge proof systems (Ligero/Arc) for transaction privacy and compliance

Implement cross-chain settlement mechanisms using Circle's CCTP and Hyperlane

Integrate FHE (Fhenix/Zama) for encrypted state management of payroll rosters

Build and maintain the backend API orchestrator (Express/TypeScript) to manage the 7-stage payment pipeline

Write secure, well-tested, and documented code for our core infrastructure

Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions and technical roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on blockchain development

Deep expertise in Solidity and experience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon)

Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for backend development (Node.js)

Experience developing and deploying smart contracts in production environments

Understanding of ZKPs (Zero-Knowledge Proofs) and their application in privacy-preserving protocols

Experience with cross-chain messaging protocols (e.g., Hyperlane, Wormhole, CCTP)

Knowledge of cryptography fundamentals and blockchain security best practices

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

Experience with Solana development (Rust/Anchor)

Familiarity with FHE libraries (Zama, Fhenix)

Experience building payroll or payments infrastructure

Understanding of Circle CCTP attestations and burn-and-mint mechanics
