Blockchain Token and dApp Development Proposal (Ethereum)
Objective
Develop a secure, production-ready decentralized application (dApp) and ERC-20 token ecosystem on the Ethereum network. The project will include a responsive marketing website, token minting and management system, wallet integration, and admin controls for future scaling.
Scope of Work
1. Website Development
o Build a multi-page marketing website (approx. 8 pages) featuring project overview, roadmap, tokenomics, and team introduction.
o Include SEO optimization, wallet connection buttons, and dApp access portal.
o Deploy on AWS, Netlify, or Vercel with SSL and CDN support.
2. ERC-20 Token Development
o Create a fixed-supply ERC-20 token with minting, burning, and pause capabilities using Solidity + OpenZeppelin libraries.
o Include upgradeability via proxy (UUPS or equivalent).
o Integrate admin controls for compliance and security management.
3. dApp Development
o Build a React-based Ethereum dApp with wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
o Implement dashboard for balance tracking, transfers, and transaction history.
o Develop purchase flow using ETH and optional third-party APIs for BTC or fiat.
4. Admin Panel
o Create a secure admin panel for authorized wallet addresses.
o Enable administrative functions: mint, pause, vesting configuration, and monitoring.
Technical Deliverables
1. Code Review & QA – Conduct full peer review, integration testing, and ensure all components meet functional specs.
2. Automated Testing – Implement unit, functional, and regression tests for contracts and UI.
3. Documentation – Deliver technical documentation covering deployment, admin functions, and maintenance procedures.
4. Stack Lock & Handover – Final codebase must be deployable without external dependencies, with reproducible builds.
5. Deployment – Deploy on Ethereum Sepolia testnet with verified smart contracts and CI/CD pipeline.
6. Maintenance (Optional) – Provide 6 months of post-launch support, then monthly support available at $150/month.
Additional Terms
• Intellectual Property Ownership: All source code, designs, and deliverables are work-for-hire and become the property of the client upon payment.
• Coordination Requirement: Developer must coordinate with secondary contractor to ensure compatibility and seamless integration.
• Security / Confidentiality / Non-Circumvention: Developer shall follow NDA and non-circumvention obligations, ensuring no sharing or reuse of proprietary assets.
• Acceptance Criteria: Each milestone will be demonstrated and approved before release of payment.
• Handover: Upon completion, all repositories, build scripts, and credentials must be transferred to the client’s GitHub or designated storage.
