Ethereum Smart Contracts and Token creation/distribution

I need a skilled smart contract developer who can help me with a NFT project on the Ethereum Blockchain.

I need the following possibilities:

- Presale & Public Sale (Dynamic Presale Whitelist)
These sales will issue two different NFTs (passes) depending if the holder got in on the presale or public sale. We need a token created which will be used to distribute x amount of tokens to these holders.

- Public Sale (NFT) using the token
Users who minted the passes and received the tokens can use this token to mint the actual NFT artwork, then list it on OpenSea.

All these smart contracts need royalties (sale & secondary sales) set up, and withdraw function for the percentage holders.

I also need a smart contract that checks if the user has 2x of this NFT collection and if yes they should be allowed to mint another NFT (breeding).
