Ethereum Smart Contract and ReactJS developer required for continued work

I am looking for an experienced and professional dev with a track record in blockchain and erc20 projects such as exchanges.
Must have skills in:

I require the following changes to the application:
Group Orders together for same price
- when user makes order for the same price as another order group them together in the order book.

Match orders (Matching engine)
- If user makes order for the same asking price as an order already in the order book = Match the order and fill it, if multiple orders are available for the same price, the orders must be filled earliest order fist.

Partial Fill Orders
- Allow user to fill part of an order and the remaining part of order will still be available in the orderbook
