Ethereum Smart Contract Developer Needed to Fix RNG Outcome Logic

Job ID: 39512798

Budget: $10 – $50 USD

We are looking for an experienced Ethereum smart contract developer to fix a critical issue in our game's smart contract. The contract is designed to produce two possible outcomes for a user action: success or failure, based on a chance mechanism. However, even when the success probability is set high, all outcomes are currently resulting in failure.

We suspect a logic or random number generation (RNG) issue is causing this and need it resolved so that the outcomes reflect the intended probabilities (e.g., a 70% success rate should lead to a 70% chance of success).

Key Requirements:

Proven experience developing and debugging Ethereum smart contracts

Deep understanding of Solidity and smart contract architecture

Familiarity with randomness/RNG in smart contracts

Knowledge of common pitfalls in RNG implementation

Understanding of security best practices in smart contract development

Bonus:

Prior experience working on Ronin Network blockchain

Your Task:

Fix the logic to ensure outcomes properly reflect probabilistic chances
