ERC 721 Smart Contract

Generate my collection with the metadata, upload the content to a fully decentralized server, script/deploy my smart contract, and create a simple dApp with minting functionality and possibly webpage development/design (not necessary if not experienced). Fully randomized traits, and include a pre-sale option in the smart contract. Looking to have the initial metadata hidden when minting takes place until the reveal date.
