- Liquidity Provider to add liquidity to the platform based on their preferred pairs. On adding each liquidity, the liquidity provider gains a FLIP Token based on the pair

3. When a proposal is created, the community can submit their votes during a 3 day voting period.
4. If a majority, and at least 400,000 votes are cast for the proposal, it is queued in the Timelock, and can be implemented after 2 days.
5. Voting occurs in 3 major cadres Prior, Current and Quorum
Prior Vote -- Getting votes to a specific block, If it fails then the function will revert.
Current Vote -- Votes that is collected for current block Quorum Vote -- Minimum number of votes that is necessary to succeed a proposal.
