Develop Crypto Currency Trading Platform

I want to develop a crypto currency trading platform/exchange.
I am from India, and i am looking to develop something like wazirx or Binance app, of which wazirx is the one of the famous app for cryptocurrency trading in India.
How can we go ahead and the time period and, Please give me the details.
I want it to be auto connected and synced with other more liquid platforms for better and accurate rates and user experience
