Design & develop a blockchain based spin the wheel mini game for NFT's

We need to find a developer to build us a simple spin the wheel game but with a difference. The difference is that the mini game is blockchain based and smart contracts will need to be developed.

Purpose of the game
We are an NFT project and we have 400 NFT's in our smart contract (treasury), if our holders are unhappy with the NFT they hold we want them to be able to swap the NFT they hold for a different one from our smart contract.

I believe they would need to connect their meta mask (we already have this feature on our website) click to lock their NFT into a smart contract, they then pay 5 $USDT and spin the wheel which contains all the NFT's from our treasury on the wheel (+/-400) when it lands on an NFT they can choose to swap or spin again. If they choose to swap then the NFT they locked into the smart contract gets added to our collection and they can claim the NFT the wheel landed on. If they spin again they must sign to pay another 5 $USDT
