Decentralised application fix and deploy

Hi, so we have a blockchain dapp created front end and back, but original dev didn't have the skills to complete and deploy. It's a lottery dapp where 20% of tickets purchased should go to our community token burn address and 80% to prize pool or rollover. Also needs some minor fixes to UI - says cake instead of Hachiko on ticket buy pop up. It's a fork of the pancake swap lottery with added 20% to burn address functionality basically. Countdown timer needs work also, then deploy. Is this something you could help us with?

Enable 20% of tokens received in smart contract to be sent to project burn address, 80% to prize fund.
Make sure dapp functions as outlined.
Make safe for users to connect wallet.
