Data Collection for Uniswap V3

I need someone to produce a dataset for analysis from the Uniswap V3 liquidity pools. I need to back test Uniswap V3 strategies, which will require pulling in the data from the past 3 months in a format i can work with. I would like in csv form all of the fees generated, Liquidity positions, and gas fees over a 3 month period. Depending on the amount of data i am open to learning why this request doesn't make sense and trying to fix it!
