DEX Arbitrage bot/app + flash loan

Hi,
I would like to create an bot/app that can:
- Scan/monitor crypto prices across DEXes (Pancakeswap, Uniswap, etc.)
- Identify arbitrage opportunities between these DEXes and execute trade.
- Execute trades using flash loans.
There are likely many more details (security, accounting for gas fees, frontrunning avoidance, etc.) but this is the main idea. If such a project is feasible, would love to discuss it with you.
