I’m ready to launch a new utility token and need a developer who can deliver both the smart contract and a web-based dashboard in one cohesive build.
Token scope
• Create and deploy a standard utility token (ERC-20 or similar) with mint, burn, and pause features.
• Provide verified source code, deployment scripts, and basic test cases so I can redeploy or audit the contract later.
Dashboard scope (web application)
• Token SWAP to USDT to GOLDX token
• Show token balance and tx
• Clean, responsive UI that works on desktop and mobile browsers.
Tech preferences
React (or Vue) for the frontend, Node/Express for the backend, Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction, and a lightweight relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) for user data. If you have an alternative stack that achieves the same result, feel free to suggest it.

1. Smart contract on BEP 20 chain
2. Fully functioning web dashboard deployed to a test server
3. Brief hand-off guide covering setup, environment variables, and redeployment.
