Crypto snipping bot on coin launch | Sushiswap

We need to buy a token from sushiswap the moment it is launched on 18th October. . i.e the moment the liquidity is added to the pool first time, the bot has to keep on looking for the mempool and quickly put the transaction in to buy. The token is going to be launced in POLYGON network on sushiswap. We wanted to swap MATIC for this token.
We also do not want to take in a huge price impact, so bot should also have a provision to cancel the transaction if slippage is above accepted %.
