I'm seeking a skilled developer to create APIs for a web wallet, with user registration and login systems already in place.

Key Requirements:
- APIs to create user wallets on Ethereum and Bitcoin
- Enable users to receive, transfer, and purchase cryptocurrencies with PayPal integration
- Admin-level endpoints to verify user identities, access transaction history, reset wallets, and change user email addresses

The wallet interface should be clean and minimal, similar to Coinbase, and all API responses must be optimized for a responsive frontend.

Ideal Skills:
