About the Opportunity
We've recently launched ORB token on Base L2 network and are seeking an experienced crypto growth specialist to drive organic community growth and token holder acquisition for our launch phase.
Your Mission
Drive organic growth for ORB token by acquiring 50-100 qualified token holders through strategic outreach, community building, and proven Web3 marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organic growth strategies to attract genuine crypto investors and holders
Build and engage with crypto communities across relevant channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
Identify and onboard qualified participants with investment capacity of $250-300 per holder
Create compelling narratives and materials that communicate ORB token's value proposition
Implement ethical, sustainable growth tactics that build long-term community value
Track and report on holder acquisition metrics and campaign performance
Requirements
Proven track record in crypto token launches or DeFi project growth
Deep understanding of Base L2 ecosystem and Web3 communities
Established network within crypto investor communities
Experience with organic growth strategies (no bot farms or fake accounts)
Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine community engagement
Knowledge of compliance and ethical marketing practices in crypto space
Portfolio of previous successful token launches or growth campaigns
Compensation Structure
Performance-based payments up to 10 ETH
Milestone-based payouts as targets are achieved
Bonuses for exceeding holder acquisition goals
Success Metrics
Acquire 50-100 organic token holders
