Crypto MLM smart contract and possible front end

My Mom and Dad sells stuff, various kind of food and used goods.
And we want to pay for refrerrals.
for example lets say If 1 user pay $10, we could then only give $3 total to 3 referrals in the upline
on which crypto coins / networks can this work
having a front end is not really necessary, but yes. a simple one would be great and requested for this.
We could use Matic / Solana or Tron, or any other low fee coin.
having a configuration file for commissions would be great (if possible)
