Crypto Launchpad for the BSC Network and also ETH / ADA / BTC and MATIC Networks

After a developer that can create a Launchpad as a utility for our BSC token.
We are after a fully automated token launchpad that will allow a developer to automatically submit their contract, submit their tokens and settings for liquidity and the website would set up their presale page automatically and take the fee's that we will charge and distribute them to addresses / contracts provided.
We are looking at having a Landing Page with Upcoming Presales
A presale page for each token with deposit / claim buttons / countdowns
A Cancel button / refund button for users that enter the presale but change their minds.
A way for the token to set up a time for whitelisted addresses only to enter the presale and then a place for them to input the whitelisted addresses, then a time allotment for that before it is then automatically opened to the public.
Then of course a Launch button for the dev to click Launch and it will then launch the token to the BSC/ADA/ETH/BTC networks (as chosen) and automatically send the allotted tokens to LP that they select and do all the distributions for them from their smart contract.
After far more details but mainly if you reference dxsale.app we are after something even more efficient than that.
They currently charge 1% total tokens as a fee however we were only going to charge 0.5% tokens as a fee with automatic distribution to:
0.1% to Ship Ticket holders (one of our smart contracts)
0.2% to all Starbound Token Holders
0.2% to our Starbound Marketing wallet
