1) We have developed primary issuance platform for Security tokens where issuers can create and launch their legal tokens with various different holding time
We want to offer liquidity features to the Investor dashboard by following the way
1) Liquidity will be available to investors through the broker-dealer (BD) system. It means Investor thinks they are doing it on their dashboard but under the hood, it would be transacted through one of the brokers
2) the liquidity will be available on the various broker’s websites. We will provide one website template to brokers which they will install on their server and connect to our liquidity platform through API
3) Our liquidity platform can be provided in three ways as a SaaS through BD
a. DEX – using AMM
b. CEX – using the order book
c. Peer to Peer
