Create Smart Staking Token in TRC-20

We are looking for a developer to create a Smart Staking Token based on TRC-20.
The developer should be familiar with TRC-20, Tokennomics, and Web Wallet Integration to create a functional and economically sound token.
The token's total supply will be 54cr, divided among public offerings, dividends, referral awards, management funds, airdrops, etc. This will be hard-coded into the decentralized smart contract. There is a lot more which is impossible to discuss in this job post.
The developer should have a good understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and be able to provide insights into the token design. The candidate should also be familiar with cryptocurrency exchanges/
The successful applicant will work closely with our team to develop a professional website and whitepaper detailing what this token offers. This includes researching an economically sound Tokenomics model for the Smart Staking Token and associated graphics, website, logos, and more.
We are looking for someone highly motivated and willing to take ownership of a project from conception through launch.
