Create NFT contract which can split royalties to specific holders and merge NFTs to another form

I have a concept for an NFT idea with some features. I will keep it short here, and if you want details we can talk further.
I need it to be able to split royalties to certain wallets. Also be able to combine an X amount of one type for another type.
I may also need to build the interface that allows you to submit your NFTs for merging. It will burn the submitted and give a new one.
